MACLYN, a boutique marketing agency in Naperville, Illinois, is hiring an Account Executive (AE) to join a growing Account Services Team. In this role, you will manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact with internal teams about your client needs.
As our Account Executive, you will:
- Work closely with a tight-knit group of smart, slightly nerdy people
- Grow and maintain client relationships.
- Initiate, execute, and manage multiple client projects at one time.
- Anticipate clients’ needs and proactively work to achieve their objectives.
- Create written briefs for client projects that clearly define the scope of the project, deliverables, deadlines, and other pertinent information.
- Demonstrate our value to clients by communicating the ROI of our work.
- Bring new value to our clients in ways no one saw coming
- Love the work we do and celebrate our victories.
- Be fast, be flexible, and be ready for adventure
Things that will help you get in the door:
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- A collaborative attitude – we want someone who celebrates sharing ideas.
- 2+ years of experience working with clients in a project management capacity.
This role is currently hybrid and requires 3-days per week in the Naperville office.
