MACLYN is now building a squad of smart, cool people to grow our Des Moines portfolio and go where no agency has gone before.

We are hiring for the following positions:

1. Strategist + Account Executive
2. Art Director + Strategist
3. Content Creator + Social Media Manager
4. Technologist with a mind for marketing and a background in data + development
5. Unicorn with a strange, colorful blend of skills that inspire and delight

The Rules

• Anything goes.
• Correction: ‘Anything’ does not go. Please send a resume. If you are on the creative end of things – Art Director, Content Creator, etc. – you should also send your portfolio. If you don’t have a portfolio, create something so impressive that we forget about portfolios altogether.
• In lieu of a cover letter, please send a one-page note (or video, or whatever else) explaining what you find frustrating about advertising/branding and what you plan to do about it.
• Group applications are allowed and encouraged. Gather your talented friends, and feel free to apply as a dynamic duo or tight-knit squad.
• All skills, relevant or irrelevant, will be considered
